Kutch Foods

Our place is at A-1 in Rayintra Nagar, which is right off the Sgi Road in Malad East. Kutch Foods is where we handle all the packing and prep work. It is a residential area mostly, so it feels a bit quieter than the main road, but you can still hear the traffic humming nearby. I get here early to start organizing the supplies. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many boxes stacked up against the walls. I often have to move three things just to get to one. The kitchen area gets quite warm when the stoves are on, so we usually keep the back door cracked open for a breeze. Most of the people who live in Rayintra Nagar know us by now. We aren't a big factory or anything like that, just a local operation doing things by hand. I spend hours just sealing bags and checking labels to make sure everything looks right. My hands are always busy with something. Sometimes the neighbors come by to ask for something specific, and we chat for a minute before getting back to work. Sgi Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so I try to get all my errands done before the traffic builds up. It is a simple life and we just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
