Kshitij World

Our office is in Aaditya Arcade, specifically room 303. We are tucked away on Padamsi Marg, which is just off Topiwala Lane on Lamington Road. If you know Mumbai, you know Lamington Road is a pretty hectic place. There’s always someone hauling boxes or some vehicle blocking the lane. We’ve been here at Kshitij World for quite a while now. The building itself is okay, just a standard commercial arcade. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, but we keep our space tidy enough. We spend most of our day sitting at these desks, handling whatever comes through the door or over the phone. It is not a very big team. We just get on with things. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs if we aren't carrying too much. The third floor is not too bad of a walk. We don't have any fancy reception area or a coffee machine that does everything. It is just a plain office where we do our work. We see the same familiar faces in the hallway every morning. It’s a bit of a community in this building. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home when the day is over. The noise from the street is just background noise to us now. It’s just how it is.
