Krishna Decorators

Our shop is tucked away in Shop 1 of the Ketani Compound on Sonapur Lane. It is right in the heart of Kurla West, near Bail Bazar. If you know Kurla, you know it is a busy, gritty place with a lot of history. Our space is more of a workshop than an office. We have got poles, fabrics, and lights stacked up against the walls. It smells like wood and old cloth in here most of the time. We are usually busy loading or unloading trucks in the lane, which can be a bit of a squeeze because the road is narrow. The staff here are guys who aren't afraid of a bit of heavy lifting or getting their hands dirty. We have been in this compound for quite a while now. We don't really have a website or anything like that; people usually just find us by word of mouth or by walking past the shop. We drink a lot of chai from the stall at the corner while we plan out the logistics for the next day. It is a simple operation. We focus on the physical side of things—making sure the structures are stable and the decorations look right. We don't use big words or make promises we can't keep. We just show up, do the work, and pack up when it is done. That is how we have always operated.
