Down here in Khopoli, specifically over at Veena Nagar, we’ve set up our operations. We are located at Mansure Shaikh’s place. Raigad has its own pace, and we fit right into it. We work on formulations, mostly the pharmaceutical kind, making sure everything is mixed and prepared according to the requirements. It’s a practical environment. No glass walls or shiny floors here. We just have our equipment and our routines. The weather in Maharashtra can be a bit much sometimes, especially in the rains, but the work doesn’t stop. We’ve got a small crew of locals who know their way around the lab and the warehouse. It’s a quiet enough area, which is good for the kind of precision we need. We don't spend much time on talk. Most of the day is just following the steps and getting the batches ready. Sometimes the power goes, and we have to deal with that, but that’s just life in a place like this. We’ve been at this address for a while. Neighbors know us as the folks who do the medicine stuff. We keep to ourselves mostly. The commute isn't too bad for most of the staff. It’s a decent place to work, and we just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It’s a long way from the city center, but we like the quiet of the hills nearby.
