We've been at this ground floor spot in Andheri East for a while now. If you know where Zakaria Industrial Estate is, we are right across from it. It's a busy area, lots of people moving in and out of the industrial side and looking for places to stay or set up shops. Konark Estate Consultancy is just a small office really. Most days it’s just us handling paperwork and talking to folks who walk in off the street. Dealing with real estate in Mumbai is never quiet. There is always someone asking about rent prices or trying to figure out where they can afford to move next. We try to keep things straightforward. No fancy talk here, just looking at what’s available on the market and trying to match it up with what people need. Sometimes it takes a long time to find the right spot, but that's just how it goes. We know the neighborhood well because we see it every day from our front door. Dealing with property can be a headache with all the documents and legal bits, so we just sit down and go through it one step at a time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. People come to us because we are local and we don't try to overcomplicate things. If you're around Andheri, you've probably seen our sign near the gate.
