Our place is located at Plot No 577 in Nilchaya Niwas, over in Section 28 of Nigdi Pradhikaran. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which makes it easy to focus on our pharmaceutical work. We’ve been operating out of Nigdi for a bit now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going. The office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a working space. It feels more like a home than a corporate building, which is how we like it. We handle a lot of different medical supplies and medicines here. Every morning starts with checking the delivery schedule and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when we’re trying to log the stock, but we manage. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing boxes. We don’t have any big signs out front or anything. People usually find us because they know the area or have worked with us before. We keep the shelves full and the desk messy, but we know where everything is. It’s just us doing our thing in Nigdi, making sure the business stays running and the supplies get delivered. No big fancy meetings, just honest work throughout the week. We try to keep the garden outside tidy, though we aren't very good at it.
