Our workshop and office is in Goregaon East on A S Char Street Cross. We are pretty much directly opposite the Hub Mall, which is a huge help for people trying to find us. If you see the mall, you just look across the street and we are right there. The street is always busy with people going to the mall or the train station. Inside our place, it’s usually a bit of a mess because we are always building something. There are scraps of wood, metal frames, and pieces of fabric or boards leaning against the walls. It’s not a showroom; it’s where the work actually happens. We have a lot of tools lying around and the smell of paint or glue is usually in the air. We don't really have a quiet area for meetings, so we usually just talk over the sound of a saw or someone hammering something together. It’s a bit gritty and industrial, but that’s the nature of making displays. Being so close to the mall is great for grabbing a quick lunch, even though the traffic on that crossing can be a nightmare at 5 PM. We’ve got a small team here and we just get on with the builds. It’s a practical space for practical work, and we like being in the middle of all the Goregaon chaos. We just keep our heads down and get the displays finished on time.
