Khayal Chocolates

We are located over at Andheri West Main Road B/3, in the Akshay building on the 1st Cross Lane. It’s a busy spot near Sw but once you step inside our place, the smell of chocolate takes over everything. Honestly, it’s a lot of hard work keeping up with the heat in Mumbai because chocolate doesn't like the sun much. We spend most of our mornings checking the stock and making sure the boxes are lined up right. It is not a very big shop, but we make it work with what we have. Most days it is just us and the sound of the fans running to keep things cool. We have been in this lane for a good while now and we know most of the people who walk past our door. You wouldn't think a chocolate business would be so much about cleaning and checking temperatures, but that is basically what our day looks like. Sometimes we get a big order and the whole place gets crowded with brown paper and ribbons. It gets a bit messy then, but we clear it up by the evening. The address is easy to find if you know the Akshay building. We don't have fancy lights or anything like that. Just a simple place where we do our work and try to stay organized. It’s a local business through and through, nothing too polished or corporate about it. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else in Andheri.
