Ketchikan Foods Llp

Our office is right above the old Strand Cinema in Colaba. It’s in Doli Chambers, on the fifth floor, room 51-A. If you know South Mumbai, you know how these old buildings are. They have a lot of character but the stairs can be a workout if the lift isn't working right, which happens sometimes. Ketchikan Foods Llp is basically run from this small space. We spend our time dealing with suppliers and looking over the food orders coming in. Colaba is always loud with tourists and traffic, but up on the fifth floor, it’s a bit quieter. We can see the tops of the other old buildings from our window. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us sitting at our desks, making sure the paperwork is in order and the food business is moving along. We eat our lunch at our desks most days or go down to one of the small cafes nearby if we have the time. The salt air from the sea is always around because we are so close to the water. It’s a bit cramped in the office with all the files and samples lying around, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a while and we like the neighborhood, even with all the noise and the crowds. It's just where we do our business every day. We don't have a big mission, just the daily work of keeping things running.
