Kavranas Chocolates

We have been here in Byculla for a good while now. It is just a small place where we make all the Kavranas Chocolates stuff you see on the shelves. Most days start pretty early because there is always something that needs melting or wrapping. It gets quite busy around the holidays, but mostly it is just a steady rhythm of working with cocoa and sugar. People around Byculla know where we are, tucked away here. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. It is mostly just us in the back doing the work. Sometimes the smell of chocolate fills the whole street, which I suppose is a nice thing for the neighbors. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the orders out to whoever needs them. It is not a very complicated business, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. You learn a lot about how temperature affects things when you do this every day. Some days are harder than others if the machines act up, but we usually get it sorted out eventually. We have had a few different people helping out over the years, but the core of what we do at Kavranas Chocolates hasn't changed much since we started in Byculla. It is just a regular job for us, really. We like being part of the local area and seeing familiar faces coming through the door every now and then.
