Kaushik Patel Architects

Our office is over in Borivali West, right in the Shiv Darshan Building. If you’re coming from Moksh Plaza or heading past Sony Mony, you’ve probably passed us. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot behind the Mit Town building, but it works for us. Kaushik Patel Architects is where we handle all the drawings and paperwork that come with building things. Most days involve a lot of phone calls with contractors and staring at blueprints until the details make sense. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for quite some time, so we know the local regulations and the common issues people run into with construction around here. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s a working office with stacks of paper and plenty of coffee. We mostly deal with residential stuff, helping people figure out how to use their space better. It’s a lot of back and forth, making sure every inch is used properly because space is hard to come by in this city. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes there are delays with permits or materials, which is just how it goes. We try to keep things grounded and tell people exactly what’s possible and what isn't. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us arguing over a sketch or checking on a site update. It’s just us doing our jobs as best as we can every day.
