We've been here at Greyville No 5 on St Leo Road for a while now. Most people in Bandra West know where to find us. It gets busy in the mornings when the smell of baking starts drifting out from the oven. We spend most of our time in the back getting things ready for the day. Sometimes the old oven acts up, which can be a bit of a headache, but we manage to get things done anyway. People come in for a quick snack or to pick up something sweet for their afternoon tea. It's a small place but it works for us. We keep the shelves stocked with whatever is fresh that day, usually things like small cakes or biscuits. It isn't anything fancy, just a regular local spot where you can grab something. The street gets a bit crowded in the afternoons with all the traffic and pedestrians, but inside the shop it stays pretty quiet. We know most of the neighbors by name now since they've been coming here for years. If you're walking down St Leo Road, you'll see our little sign hanging out front. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the daily orders right. Sometimes we run out of the popular items early if it's a busy Saturday or a holiday. That's just how it goes here. We've got our routine down and we really like being part of this neighborhood. It's nice seeing the same faces every morning when we open up the doors. We aren't trying to do anything huge, just keeping the shop running.
