Kasturi Event Organiser

We’ve been over here at Santacruz East for quite a while now. Specifically, you can find us at 10th Cross, number 1447. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a place where we keep all our stuff and plan things out. Usually, someone is there by mid-morning unless we are out at a site or picking up supplies. The 10th Cross gets pretty busy during the day with all the traffic and people moving around, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. We started out just helping some neighbors with their family functions and it just sort of grew from there without us really planning for it to become a full-time job. We handle the logistics and make sure the chairs and lights get to where they need to go. It gets stressful sometimes when things don't arrive on time or the weather acts up, but that is just part of the work. We use our own local contacts for most things because they are reliable and we’ve known them for years. If you walk past 1447, you’ll probably see us unloading some crates or checking lists. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the house number. Most people around here know us by name anyway. We just try to get the job done so the event happens without too much trouble for the family involved. It's a lot of physical work, honestly.
