Karuppu Arts

Karuppu Arts is located at Shop No 1 in Samta Society. We are in the Vikhroli West area, specifically Bhagat Wadi. Our shop is right opposite to the Kailash Complex. It’s a pretty easy spot to spot if you’re in the neighborhood. We spend our time on all sorts of art projects here. The shop is filled with materials and finished pieces. It’s often a bit of a mess with paint or scraps, but that’s how we work. Being in Samta Society, we see a lot of the same people every day. It’s a friendly area. Vikhroli West has its own pace, and we fit right in. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us in the shop making things. People usually find us by walking past and looking in the window. Opposite Kailash Complex is a good place to be because it’s a landmark people know. We’ve been here for a while now. The work is mostly manual and takes time. We don't rush through things. Sometimes we’re working on one big piece for days. It’s a small space, but we make the most of it. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice. It’s just a local art shop where we do our thing and try to make a living. No fancy mission statements, just a lot of hard work and some creativity in the middle of Vikhroli.
