We are located in Shop 9/A at Patel Chamber. It’s on the 132 Ft Ring Road, right across from the fire brigade in Rustom Fort. The shop name has been the same for a long time, passed down through the family. We don't have a flashy storefront, just the sign out front and the usual items we sell stacked up inside. Being near the fire station means there’s always some noise and activity outside, which keeps things interesting. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling the daily chores of running a business. We get all kinds of people coming in, some just looking and some who have been buying from us for decades. We try to keep things simple. There isn't any fancy technology here, just old-fashioned service and a pen-and-paper way of doing things most of the time. The shelves are high and usually full. If you come by, you'll probably see one of the brothers sitting at the desk or helping a customer find something in the back. It’s a bit cramped with all the inventory, but we like it that way. It feels like home after all these years. We don't put on airs or try to be something we aren't. We just open up the shop in the morning and do our best to get through the list of things that need doing. It's a long day, but we prefer staying busy and talking to folks.
