Kappac Pharmaceutical Ltd. is located in Chakala at Mahajbeen Arched, specifically at number 303. Our office is on one of the upper floors of the building. We don't really have customers walking in off the street since we mostly handle wholesale and distribution paperwork. We have a few desks pushed together and stacks of folders everywhere. It can get a bit noisy because the building has many other small businesses, and you can always hear doors opening and people talking in the hallway. We have a tea man who comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break to talk about things other than work. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It is not a glamorous job, but it is important for getting medicines moved around. We just focus on the details and try to make fewer mistakes. We don't use any big words to describe what we do.
