We are sitting right here in Swadeshi Market on Kalbadevi Road. It is a very crowded place most of the time. You know how Mumbai is, especially in Navi Gally. My father used to say this area never sleeps. We spend most of our days surrounded by different types of cloth. There are stacks everywhere. It is not a fancy office at all. Just a regular spot where we get our work done. People come in and out all day. Sometimes the heat gets a bit much but we just keep the fans running. We deal with whatever comes our way. The address is 276, Swadeshi Market. It's an old building, you can see the age on the walls. We have been here for a while now. Dealing with textiles is just what we do in this family. It is loud outside with the handcarts and the shouting of the loaders. That is just how life is in Kalbadevi. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure orders are packed and sent out. It gets messy during the monsoon when the rain hits the street. We try to keep everything dry. If you are looking for us, we are just past the main entrance of the market. It is a busy life but it is our life. We don't do much marketing, mostly people just know we are here. That is enough for us.
