Rusan Pharma Ltd.

Our place is over at Plot No. 58-d in the Government Industrial Esate in Charkot. It’s an industrial area, so don't expect anything too scenic. It’s mostly warehouses and other companies doing similar things. At Rusan Pharma Ltd., we deal with a lot of heavy lifting in terms of pharmaceutical production. The smell of the industrial park is something you stop noticing after the first few days. Inside our gates, it’s all about the schedule. We have shifts that start early and some that go late. The machines keep running, and we keep an eye on them. The breakroom is where we all catch up. It’s got an old fridge that makes a weird noise, but it keeps our water cold. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby; we just want the products to be right. Charkot is a bit out of the way for some, but it suits what we do perfectly. We have a lot of crates coming in and out of the loading dock every day. It’s physical work for a lot of the guys, and plenty of desk work for the rest of us. We manage the inventory and make sure the labels are correct. It’s the kind of place where you wear sensible shoes because you’ll be on your feet quite a bit. We’ve been at this plot for a while, and the routine is pretty well-set. We just show up and do the work every day.
