Kala Bhartiya

We've been at Shop No 103 in City Mall for a while now. Andheri West is always busy, and being in the mall means we see a lot of people every day. We started Kala Bhartiya because we wanted a place where we could show what we do. It’s not a big fancy office, just a shop where we keep things organized. Mostly, it's just us working through the day, making sure things are in order. Sometimes people stop by just to look, and that's fine. We know the neighbors around here well. It gets a bit loud on weekends when the mall is full, but we've gotten used to it. The shop isn't huge, but it fits everything we need. We try to keep it simple. If you're walking around City Mall, you'll probably see us near the corner. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or work in one of the other shops. It's a decent spot. We spend most of our time here, checking stock and talking to whoever comes in. There’s always something to fix or clean up, you know how it is with a small shop. We like being part of the local scene here in Andheri. It's a lot of work, but it keeps us busy. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. That's pretty much how it goes for us.
