Jyoti Pharma

Jyoti Pharma is based right here in Andheri. It’s a busy place, as anyone who lives in Mumbai knows. We don’t have a massive complex or anything, just a local spot where we handle our pharmaceutical supplies. The streets around here are always packed with people and rickshaws, so it can be a bit of a struggle just to get to the door some mornings. We’ve been in Andheri for a good while, so we’ve seen the area change quite a lot. Our day starts pretty early, usually with a lot of phone calls coming in. It’s just a basic shop-style setup where we keep our stock and manage the local deliveries. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy advertising. Most people know us just from being in the neighborhood for so long. The space inside is a bit cramped because we have to fit in all the shelves and the desk. It’s often a bit dusty because of the construction work that always seems to be happening on the road outside. We just focus on getting the right medicines to the people who need them. It’s a simple business, really. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine. We spend the day checking lists and making sure the boxes are ready to go out. It's honest work and it definitely keeps us busy from morning until the evening when things finally quiet down.
