Julie Arts

Julie Arts is located over in Borivali West, specifically at Shop No 12 in Mrud Kishor. We are tucked away near Road No 8 in Gautam Nagar. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station but it's a good spot for our daily operations. People usually come by when they need something specific made or designed. We have a lot of stuff lying around the shop—scraps of material, old tools, and half-finished projects. It isn't the cleanest place you'll ever see, but we know where everything is kept. The F Wing of the MIDC area is where most of our day is spent. We’ve been doing this for some time now, just working with our hands and trying to make things look right. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get really busy during the festival seasons. We don’t really do big ads or anything like that. Most people just hear about us from a neighbor or see the shop when they’re passing through Dattapada. It’s a small space, so it gets a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once. We usually have the fan going full blast because it gets quite warm in the afternoons. If we’re not at the front counter, we’re probably in the back working on a piece for a client. We just try to do honest work and keep the shop running. It’s a simple life here in Borivali, and we’re glad to be part of it.
