We’ve been over here at Unichem Bhawan on S. V. Road for a while now. If you know Jogeshwari West, you know how busy Pravath Street gets during the day. It’s just how things are in this part of Mumbai. Our office is a busy place, mostly filled with people trying to keep up with orders and paperwork. It isn't anything fancy, just a solid building where we get our work done. Most days start early because the traffic on S. V. Road is unpredictable. We spend a lot of time on the phones and checking over the supplies coming in and out. It gets noisy outside with the rickshaws and everything, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. Some of us have been working here for years and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. We aren't trying to be the biggest place on the block, just a reliable one. Sometimes the elevator acts up or the monsoon rain makes the commute a mess, but we show up anyway. It is just a regular pharmaceutical company setup. We deal with various products and ensure they get where they need to go without much fuss. There is always a lot to do, and usually, we’re just happy to finish the day's list before heading home in the evening rush. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and boxes, but it’s our space.
