Thakker Sales

We are right on S.V. Road in Jogeshwari West. If you know where the 24 Karat Multiplex is, we are just across from it in the Ghaswala Estate. It’s a busy spot with lots of cars and people moving all the time. Our place, Thakker Sales, handles a lot of different items for the trade. We’ve been at units 142 and 148 for quite some time now. The estate is old and has a lot of history. We spend most of our mornings unloading deliveries. The traffic in Jogeshwari can be a nightmare, so we try to get things done early before the road jams up. It’s a family-run kind of thing. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they were going to the movies and saw our sign. The office is a bit cramped with files and samples everywhere. We try to keep it tidy but it’s a struggle. Sometimes customers come in just to chat before they buy anything. We like that. It makes the day go by faster. We deal with suppliers from all over the place. Every day is a bit different, depending on what arrives on the truck. We just try to be fair and keep moving forward. If you’re near the multiplex, come say hello. We are usually here till late evening most days of the week. It’s a lot of work but we like staying busy here in Jogeshwari.
