The apartment building is a regular residential and commercial mix. It’s got that lived-in feel you find in Grant Road. Some days the elevator is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a busy area, always something going on downstairs on the street. Inside our office, it’s mostly just us working through the files and orders. It’s not a flashy showroom or anything like that.
