Our office and our main workspace are located at Number 21/4 Khetwadi Lane, inside the Sanghvi Sadan Building. We have been here in Khetwadi for a really long time. It is one of those classic Mumbai neighborhoods where every single lane seems to have its own specialty. We deal specifically with tubes. It is mostly industrial stuff, not really the kind of things you would find in a normal home improvement store. The Sanghvi Sadan Building is an older structure, but it is very sturdy and it serves our needs well. Working in Khetwadi means we have to deal with very narrow lanes and lots of neighbors who are doing similar kinds of work. It is a real community of tradespeople around here. We are definitely not a big corporation with fancy lobbies or receptionists. We have our desks, our records, and our stacks of stock. People who need specific types of tubing come to us because they know we have been here for years. We just go about our business day by day. Sometimes the logistics of getting heavy things in and out of the narrow lane can be a bit tricky, but we have gotten used to it over the years. It is a very practical, no-nonsense environment to work in. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the people we deal with are happy.
