Jodhpur Sweets Namkeens

We are located right in the middle of Chembur, specifically at Lohar Chawl. Our shop is number 11 in Building 1, near the Aks area. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always the smell of frying and sugar in the air. We start early in the morning, getting the sweets ready and making sure the namkeens are fresh. The trays get filled up fast, and by midday, we are usually quite busy with people coming in for snacks. It gets hot back in the kitchen, especially when the big pans are going. We’ve been in this building for a while, and the walls show a bit of age, but it’s a good spot. Chembur has a lot of energy, and being in the chawl means we are always surrounded by people. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the lane, and we have to shout a bit to get things moved. It’s all part of the daily routine here. We don't use fancy packaging or have big signs, we just put the food out and let people choose what they want. The floor gets a bit dusty from the street, so we are always sweeping. It’s a lot of work, but we like seeing the regulars come back every week. We just keep our heads down, make the food, and try to keep things moving along smoothly in our little corner. The fans barely help with the heat, but we stay busy regardless.
