Jinali Communications

Jinali Communications is on the 2nd floor of the Nandja building. We are in Mulund West, specifically at B P Cross near the 14th Cross. It is a bit of a walk from the station but not too far. We mostly deal with phones and connections. People come in when their sim card isn't working or they need a new recharge. Sometimes they want to buy a second-hand phone or get a screen replaced. We have a small counter and a couple of stools for people to sit while they wait. The 2nd floor location means we don't get as many random walk-ins as the shops on the ground floor, so it's a bit quieter here. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking plans and talk time. It is a simple business. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how the systems work. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can't do much, which is annoying for the customers and for us. We just try to help people stay connected. It is not flashy. We have some posters on the wall from the service providers, but they are a bit old. We stay open until late evening. If you need something for your mobile, we are usually around. We don't do much advertising, just have our name on the board downstairs. It is a decent place to work and we know the neighborhood well now.
