We’ve been operating from this building for a long time now. It’s a straightforward setup. We have desks, some lab space, and a lot of filing cabinets filled with records. Most of the day is spent on the phone or working through production schedules. It gets a little hectic when we have a big shipment going out, but usually, it’s just a steady flow of work. We aren’t into those modern office trends like bean bags or open-plan lounges. We just have chairs and tables that do the job. The commute for the staff can be a bit of a pain with the Andheri traffic, but we all show up and get to it. We handle a variety of products, and we have to be careful with the specifics. There’s no room for guessing in this business. We don't spend money on glossy brochures. Instead, we just focus on making sure the batches are right. Every now and then, the elevator in the building gets stuck, so we take the stairs. It’s just part of being in an older building in this part of town. We’re just regular people working in pharma, trying to keep things organized and moving forward every week.
