Jayraj Caterers & Decorators

We run Jayraj Caterers & Decorators out of Suman Apartment, Flat No 203. It is in the Old Greaves Compound near the Pune-Mumbai Highway in Andheri West. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but we have been here for a long time. Our flat is where all the planning and talking happens. We have menus stuck to the fridge and decoration sketches spread out on the dining table most of the time. It is a family-run kind of thing, so the line between home and work gets pretty blurry. Living and working near the highway means there is always a low hum of traffic in the background. It is convenient for getting our trucks out to jobs though. Andheri West is a busy place, and being in the Old Greaves Compound gives us a good base. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out at various events, so the flat is mostly for the paperwork and phone calls. It is a modest setup, nothing too fancy. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we have stayed right here in Suman Apartment. We are just ordinary people who know how to cook and set up a room for a party. We work hard, sometimes through the whole night, to make sure everything is ready. That is just the way we do things.
