We are located in Shop 11 at the Heeramani Shopping Centre in Bangur Nagar. If you know where the State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur is in Goregaon West, we are just right across from there. Our place is mostly a small office where we plan out the menus and talk to people about their parties. Most of our work happens in the kitchens or at the event spots, so the shop itself is pretty quiet. We have a few photos of food on the walls, though they are getting a bit old now. We handle the cooking and the serving for all sorts of local events. It’s a lot of work, especially on the weekends when everyone seems to have a function at the same time. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vegetable suppliers and butchers. Our staff is just a group of people who have been working together for a long time. We aren’t a fancy five-star hotel service. We just make good, honest food and bring it to the venue. Sometimes things get hectic and we’re running around trying to find enough plates, but it always works out in the end. People in Goregaon know us because we’ve been around for years. We don’t do much advertising. Usually, someone just tells their neighbor about us. We just keep our heads down and keep cooking for whoever needs it.
