Jay Ds Yummy Bites

Jay Ds Yummy Bites is a small shop, specifically Shop No 7 in the King Palace building on Dr C G Road in Malad West. We’re right there in the Chincho area. It’s a compact space, so we really have to use every inch we’ve got. We’ve been here for a while now, serving the people who walk past on their way to the shops or the station. The mornings are usually spent prepping everything so we are ready for the lunch rush. It gets pretty hot inside during the afternoon, but we’ve got a fan going. We don’t have a big fancy menu, just the things we know how to make well. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up and get ahead for the next day. The neighbors in King Palace are friendly enough. We don’t do any big advertising or anything. We just put the sign out and wait for people to stop by. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than we planned, but that’s just how it is when you’re small. We try to keep the prices fair and the food honest. It’s a regular neighborhood spot where we work hard and hope you like what you eat. We spend a lot of time scrubbing the floors and checking our inventory to make sure everything is fresh for the next morning.
