Jay Bhawani Sweets Farsan

We open up Jay Bhawani Sweets Farsan every morning in Shop No 6 at Suraj Apartment. It is on Dr Viegas Street, just off JSS Road in Kandivali West. Usually, someone is already here early to start on the farsan while the rest of the street is still quiet. We spend most of the day behind the counter or back in the kitchen area making sure things are ready. It gets pretty busy around here in the evenings when people are heading home and stop by for a quick snack. The shop isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow part of the street, which can be a bit of a headache for the neighbors. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Most people know where the A Wing of the building is. We try to keep the glass cases clean, but with so many people coming in and out, it is a constant job. We just sell what we make and hope it is enough for the day. If you are walking past Suraj Apartment, you will probably smell the frying long before you see the sign. It is just us doing our thing every day, keeping the shelves stocked with whatever is fresh. We have a small sink in the back for washing up and a few ceiling fans that rattle. Nothing fancy about it at all, just a normal shop.
