We’re based on the third floor of R City Mall in Ghatkopar West, right on LBS Marg. Being in a mall is definitely different from a regular office building. You’ve got the constant hum of shoppers and the music from the hallways. It’s a big space because we’re in the recreation business, so we need the room for people to move around. Getting to work involves walking past all the retail shops, which is a bit strange at first but you get used to it. The LBS Marg traffic is always a challenge, especially in the evenings, but the mall itself is a nice place to be based. We spend a lot of our time making sure the facilities are ready for families and kids who come in. It’s a lot of maintenance and checking on things. We don't have a typical corporate setup; our "office" is often just where the staff gathers to take a break or check the schedules. It’s a lively environment, as you’d expect. Sometimes it gets really loud on weekends, but that’s when we’re at our busiest. We’re just a group of people trying to keep the place running smoothly so everyone has a good time. It’s practical work, often involving a lot of standing and moving around rather than just sitting at a desk all day. It’s definitely not a boring spot to work. We end up spending a lot of time on our feet every single day.
