You can find us over on Tank Road, specifically at CP Tank Road 162. It is a crowded spot, and the traffic can be a real headache some days. We’ve been operating out of this address for quite some time now. The building is a bit cramped because we have to store all the milk and the ingredients for the sweets. Every morning, the milk arrives early, and there is a lot of clinking of containers and heavy lifting to get everything inside. We don’t have a big fancy storefront. It’s just the counter and the shelves where we put the daily batches. The air always smells a bit like boiled milk and sugar, which I guess is what happens when you work here all day. We have a few workers who have been with us since the beginning. We don’t spend much time talking about what we do; we just get on with it. The floor is usually a bit wet from the cleaning, and we try to keep things as tidy as possible in such a small space. People come in from the neighborhood, mostly folks who live in the nearby blocks. They know the routine. We open the doors, set out the trays, and wait for the morning rush. It’s a basic life here on Tank Road, but it’s what we know. We don’t change things much and just keep the shop open for the regulars.
