Invision Eventz

You’ll find Invision Eventz down in Colaba, inside the Eucharistic Congress Building III. We’re up on the second floor on 5th Convent Street. It’s a great area because of all the history and the old buildings, but the streets are narrow and it can be a bit of a crawl to get here. The office has that old-school Mumbai feel to it, with high ceilings and a bit of a creak in the floorboards. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. We handle various events, and the work usually involves a lot of back-and-forth with different suppliers across the city. It’s not always easy, but we’ve gotten the hang of it over the years. We aren't a big, flashy agency; we’re just a small group working out of a historic building. Most days, the office is a mess of paperwork and event floor plans. We like being in Colaba because even when work is tough, you can step outside and be in one of the most interesting parts of the city. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of manual coordination and checking things twice. Sometimes we stay late when a big event is coming up, but that’s just part of the deal when you work in this industry.
