You can find our office at 7/B in the Hind Ind. Premises on Jambhakar Maharaj Peth. It is right in Dadar West, near Shivaji Park and just off Veer Savarkar Marg. We deal with exhibitions and various media projects, but it is not as fancy as the name might sound. Most of our time is spent looking at maps of big halls and trying to figure out where to put the electrical outlets for people’s booths. We are in a busy part of town, and the traffic outside is always a reminder of how much is going on. Our team is small, and we do everything from the initial planning to the final teardown after a show. It involves a lot of talking to different contractors and making sure they actually build what they said they would. The office is usually full of rolls of posters and old signs from past events. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just try to make sure that when an exhibition opens, the aisles are clear and the lights are on. It is a lot of practical, sometimes boring stuff like checking safety permits and making sure the floor is swept. Dadar West is a good spot for us because we are close to everything, but it means we are always in the middle of the noise. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next project.
