It is a handy location because the Kasturba Police Station is right nearby, so nobody ever gets lost trying to find us. The shop is small but it fits all the parcels we need to process every day. Some mornings the floor is just covered in boxes and envelopes waiting to go out. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good bit of time. Borivali East is a crowded place, and traffic can be a real headache, but we’ve learned the shortcuts. Our staff mostly lives around here, so we know the neighborhood like the back of our hand. It’s a lot of manual work, weighing packages and writing out receipts. We don’t use any high-tech systems that break down every five minutes. It’s just us and the logs. Most of our regulars are local shop owners or people living in the apartments nearby. They drop by with a parcel, we chat for a minute, and then they’re on their way. It’s a straightforward business. We keep the shutters open from early morning until late evening because the couriers come and go at all hours. It gets a bit dusty with the road right there, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and make sure the deliveries happen as they should.
