Our spot is on the fourth floor of the Ali Building, right there on M.A. Road in the 5th Lane. If you know Mumbai, you know it is a crowded area but it has its own rhythm. We have been handling managed solutions here for quite a while now. It sounds technical, but mostly it means we take care of the tasks other people do not have the time or the hands for. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking. It is a lot of organizing and keeping track of details that others might miss. We are not a massive corporate machine with a thousand rules; we are just a team working out of this old building. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We deal with a lot of data and project management stuff, making sure things stay on track for whoever we are helping. It is honest work. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. We just focus on the work on our screens. Being in this part of Mumbai means there is always something happening outside the window, but inside, we are just trying to keep everything running smoothly. It gets busy, especially towards the end of the week, but we just push through and get it finished. It is what we do. No big mystery to it, just keeping things organized for everyone involved.
