Talk about Orbit Industrial Estate. It's in Malad West. Getting there from Link Road is a bit of a trek sometimes with the Mindspace traffic. We spend most of our days here surrounded by materials and designs. It gets a bit loud in the estate because of all the other workshops. We’ve been at 101 for a while now. Most mornings start with checking the schedules and seeing what needs to be moved out for the next show. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we get the work done. Chincholi Bunder is a busy spot. You see people rushing around constantly. Our team is small, mostly locals who know the shortcuts around Malad. Sometimes the rains make the Link Road a mess, but we manage. We handle display stuff, mostly physical setups that need a lot of space. It’s dusty work but someone has to do it. The neighbors are mostly other industrial units, so there’s always a bit of banging or machines running in the background. We usually grab tea from the stall down the road. It’s just how things are here. No big corporate meetings, just figuring out how to fit everything into the trucks. If you find yourself near the Mindspace area, you’ll know the kind of hustle I’m talking about. It keeps us on our toes. We’ve grown used to the pace of this side of the city. We don't have fancy brochures, just our hands and some tools.
