Ingenious Architects

Ingenious Architects operates out of Thakur Village in Kandivali East. Specifically, you can find us at D 204 in the Bhoomi Valley C.H.S. building. We are right next to N.G Suncity, which is a big enough landmark for most people around here to know. Working in Mumbai means things are always moving fast, and Thakur Village is no different. It’s a nice enough area to have an office, and being in a residential society like Bhoomi Valley makes it feel more grounded. We aren't in a massive skyscraper or anything. It’s just a regular office space where we sit and work on our plans. Sometimes it gets a little quiet in the afternoons, which is good for focusing. Other times, the sounds of the neighborhood 400101 keep things feeling alive. We’ve been at this address for a while. People usually call before coming over, or they just drop by if they happen to live in the village. There isn’t a big reception desk or anything formal. It’s just us doing what we do. If you walk past N.G Suncity, you are basically there. We like being part of the local community here in Kandivali. It feels more personal than being stuck in a cold corporate park somewhere. Ingenious Architects is just a small group of us making things happen from our corner of Bhoomi Valley. We don't use fancy jargon, we just focus on the drawings and the site visits like any other day.
