Our office is tucked away in the Abdul Rehman Building over in Dadar West. If you're looking for us, we’re right on N C Kelkar Road. A good landmark is the Shivaji Mandir parking, since we’re pretty much opposite the Plaza Cinema. It’s a hectic part of town, especially in the evenings when the movie crowds come out, but we like the energy of the area. We’ve been here at the H O for quite a bit now. It’s not a fancy place with leather chairs or anything like that. We have some old desks, a couple of computers that have seen better days, and a lot of maps and files piled up everywhere. We handle travel bookings and help people figure out their trips. Most of our day is spent on the phone or dealing with stacks of paperwork. Sometimes the tea guy from downstairs comes up and we take a quick break. It's a simple operation. We don’t have a big marketing team or a polished website. It’s just a few of us here trying to keep things moving. The building itself is old and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which it sometimes does. But it's home for us. We know most of the shop owners around here. We just focus on getting people their tickets and making sure they know where they are going. It’s practical, honest work for the local community.
