Impresario Event Management

Impresario Event Management is over in Kandivali West. We are in Flat No 303, in the A Wing of Kamla Vih. It is a bit of a climb up, but it is a good spot for us. Our work is all about managing events, which sounds more glamorous than it actually is most of the time. Usually, it just means a lot of phone calls, making lists, and double-checking that everyone is doing what they said they would. Our office in Kamla Vih is where all that groundwork happens. It’s a quiet space compared to the noise of the actual events we run. We aren't a huge corporation; we are just a dedicated group of people who know how to get things organized. We’ve spent years learning what works and what doesn't when you're putting an event together. Kandivali is a good base for us because it’s where we started out. We know the local suppliers and they know us. The office itself is pretty basic—just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We don't need much else to do the job. Sometimes we stay late when a big event is coming up, but that’s just part of the deal. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate speeches. We just want to make sure the event goes okay and everyone is happy at the end of the day. It’s a practical way of working that has kept us going all this time.
