Imperior Pharmachien Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is situated at No. 136 in the Shivkripa Industrial Estate. This is down in Vikhroli West on the L. B. S. Marg stretch. It is one of those typical industrial areas where you have many units packed together. We share the space with all sorts of small factories and workshops. The building itself has seen a lot of years, but it serves us well for the manufacturing we do here. We focus on pharma-related equipment, mostly just building things based on the orders that come in. It’s a lot of manual work and standing around the assembly tables. The noise from the main road is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have a big reception or a fancy waiting area for guests. If someone comes by, they usually just walk straight into the workspace. It’s a bit dusty and there are always crates or raw materials sitting around the entrance. We just keep our heads down and get the manufacturing done. The walk from the main gate of the estate to our unit is short, but you have to watch out for the delivery tempos. It’s just a bunch of us working here every day, trying to stay on top of the schedule. We don't use any complicated systems, just hard work and keeping an eye on the details as we put things together.
