We've been working out of the Worli Shivneri building for a good while now. It's a busy spot right on Dr A B Road. Most people around here know us for handling property stuff, which isn't always the easiest job but we keep at it. Our office is at 3/103. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but that's Mumbai for you. We mostly deal with managing spaces and the various services that go along with keeping buildings running. It's practical work. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or looking at maintenance schedules. There’s usually a lot to coordinate between the tenants and the owners. It’s not fancy work, but it needs doing. People stop by the office when they have questions about their units or if something needs fixing. We try to keep things organized, though paperwork has a way of piling up on the desks. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our windows here. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the local area well. If you’re looking for the office, just find the Shivneri Chs Ltd sign and head in. We’re usually here during the regular day hours, unless we're out on-site checking on a property somewhere. It’s just us here, doing what we do every day to make sure the buildings stay in decent shape. There's always some small problem to solve.
