Our office is in the Manali Building, room 1B-45. It is in Evershine Nagar, which is a pretty well-known part of Malad West. Mumbai is always moving fast, and we are right in the middle of it here. Ikya Human Capital Solutions is mostly about helping people find jobs and helping companies find workers. We spend a lot of time on computers and phones. The building is okay, nothing too special, but it works for us. We see a lot of resumes every day. Some are good, some are not so great. We just try to match them up where they fit. It gets crowded in the mornings when everyone is trying to get into the building at the same time. We have a small staff here. We mostly just keep our heads down and do the paperwork. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, which is annoying. Malad can be a bit of a commute for some of us, but we make it work. There are plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby during lunch. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a bunch of desks and chairs where the work happens. People come in for interviews and we talk to them. It is straightforward. No big mystery to it. Just keeping busy in Mumbai and trying to stay on top of all the emails.
