We are based at 7/343, Ninad Society. It’s a regular residential-style building, so it doesn’t look like a big corporate headquarters from the outside. We like it that way because it feels more personal. Since we do exhibitions, our office is often a bit of a mess with design sketches and brochures. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we sit and brainstorm ideas for the next show. It’s not always easy coming up with something new, but we sit around with our tea and eventually get there. The neighbors in the society are used to us by now, even when we have deliveries coming in at odd hours. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees; we’re just a small team that works hard to get things right. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and the office ends up smelling like takeaway food. It’s a simple life, really. We focus on the details that other people might miss. There's no fancy lobby or a guy at the door. You just ring the bell and come in. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve learned a lot along the way. It’s just a practical place where we get the job done without any unnecessary fuss. The Ninad Society location is convenient for us and it keeps our feet on the ground.
