We’ve been at 48 Kandivali Industrial Estate in Kandivali for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot but it works for us. Most of the people around here know us as I. P. C. A. Laboratories Ltd. People usually find their way here easily enough even though the industrial estate is quite large. We just get on with things and keep the place running. It’s not the fanciest building, but it’s where we do all our work. Sometimes the traffic around Kandivali is a bit of a headache, especially in the mornings, but we manage. We’ve got a good group of people working here at the lab. Most of us have been around for years and know exactly how everything needs to be handled. We don't really bother with big speeches or fancy posters on the walls. It’s just about getting the job done right at 48 Kandivali Industrial Estate. Usually, things are pretty quiet inside despite all the noise outside in the estate. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over time. More buildings, more people, but we’re still here doing what we do. If you happen to be walking through the estate, you’ll see our sign. It’s a practical setup. We like it that way. No need for anything over the top when the work speaks for itself. We stay busy and keep our heads down. That's just how we operate here in Kandivali. We keep the machines running and the paperwork tidy.
