Our office is Bunglow No 4 in the Powai Vihar Complex. It’s located right opposite Powai Lake, which is a nice view when you step outside for a break. Working from a bungalow instead of a high-rise office building gives the whole thing a different feeling. It’s a bit more relaxed, though we are still very busy. We run an entertainment company, so there is always some kind of project being discussed in one of the rooms. We don't have a formal reception area. Usually, the front door is just open and people are moving in and out. The complex itself is quite large and can be a bit confusing for people visiting for the first time. Traffic in Powai is usually a mess, especially near the lake road, so we try to plan our days around the worst of it. We have a small kitchen where we make our own tea and coffee. The furniture is a bit mismatched and we have posters from different events we have been involved with stuck on the walls. It’s an unpolished space, but it works for us. We don’t bother with corporate talk. We just focus on the entertainment projects we have on our plate. It’s a practical way to run a business. Most of the time, it’s just us and our phones, making things happen from our little spot by the lake.
