We’re located in Room Number 3 of Hasina Chawl, over in Kranti Nagar. It’s part of the Behram Baug area in Oshiwara, Jogeshwari West. It’s a very local, tight-knit neighborhood, and everyone knows everyone else. Hyperchem Pharmacy Private Limited isn't some huge corporation with a glass building. We are right here on the ground, literally. It’s a small space, so we have to be very careful about how we use it. Boxes and files take up most of the room. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we’ve gotten good at stacking things. The area is always buzzing with people and activity, which we like. It keeps us on our toes. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person. If you want to talk to us, you usually just come by or give us a ring. We started this because we knew the industry and wanted to do something of our own. It’s been a lot of learning on the fly. We deal with suppliers and customers directly, so there’s no middleman or corporate layers to go through. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult in this part of town, but we manage to keep everything dry and moving. It’s just us, working hard in a small room, trying to make a go of it. We don't overthink things, we just do the work.
