You can find us in A Wing, at 104/Shree Arpan C.H.S Ltd. We are right on Lepora Street in Bhayandar West. It’s a busy part of the outskirts of Mumbai. Being in a housing society makes the office feel a bit more grounded and less like a cold corporate space. We handle global services, which basically means we are on the computer or the phone a lot, talking to people in different time zones. The street outside is always crowded with people going to the market or the railway station. It’s a very lively place to work. We aren't in a big glass tower. We are right here in the middle of the local community. The office is functional. We have our stations set up and some basic stuff in the small pantry. We don't do anything fancy or unnecessary. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a short commute on a bike or by foot. The 104 room number is easy to find once you get into the building. Sometimes the kids are playing in the society grounds downstairs, and you can hear them, which is nice. It reminds us we aren't just working in a vacuum. We’ve got a lot of tasks to get through every shift, so we stay focused. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to over the years. We just keep the services running as best as we can every day.
